The goal of this project is to produce an semi-autonomous soccer team comprised of three players and one coach with limited vision of the field. In our game two teams will face off as they try to beat the other in a game of Robosoccer. Each team will be made up of 3 ‘players’, two of which are field players, and one of which is the goalie. These players will work together to try and score points. The players will be constructed from 3-pi robots allied with FireFly nodes. The two field players will be sent directions from two firefly, accelerometer controlled controllers, while the goalie will be sent directions from a master node that consists of a digital camera and a control scheme to navigate the goalie box and defend the net.
